Cooking with Local Herbs and Microgreens with Chef Char

Herbs and Microgreens can pack in flavor and nutrition for your favorite dishes. Learn about how some of the plants are grown, what foods pair well with common local herbs and discuss the nutrition and possible health benefits with incorporation of these natural ingredients. In this class we will make basil pesto, herved compound butter and garnish healthy treats with microgreens to be enjoyed in class or taken home for later.
